At BAD SON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't meeting your standards, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
